TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Who we are

Burgerman is a game published by Burgerman ("we", "us") from South Africa. By downloading, installing, buying or playing Burgerman, or using burgerman.limpopovoice.co.za, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. The game and the free trial

Burgerman is free to download and play for 10 minutes. After that, you need an unlock code to keep playing. The free trial is there so you can check the game works on your phone and that you like it before you pay.

3. Price and payment

Unlocking Burgerman is a once-off payment of R99 (South African rand). There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Payments are processed by Paystack, so we never see or store your card details. Paystack's own terms apply to the payment.

4. Your unlock code

After a successful payment you get an unlock code on screen and Paystack emails you a receipt. The code unlocks the game for your personal use. Please keep it safe and do not publish or sell it. We may disable codes that are shared widely or used abusively. If you lose your code, you can recover it with your payment reference on the website.

5. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Burgerman on Android devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the game, its artwork, music or code, except where the law allows it. The game, artwork and music remain ours (or their respective owners'). The theme song is offered as a free download for personal listening.

6. Updates

We release updates to fix bugs and add features. The game tells you when a new version is available. Updates are free for people who have unlocked the game. We may change gameplay, and we may stop supporting very old devices or versions.

7. Top scores

When you win, the game may offer to post your name and time to the public Top Scores table. Choose a name you are happy to show publicly. We may remove offensive names or scores that look cheated.

8. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with our website or servers, try to guess or forge unlock codes, post false scores, or use the game for anything unlawful.

9. Warranty and liability

We work hard to make Burgerman reliable, but games can have bugs and we cannot promise it will run perfectly on every device or without interruption. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other laws that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for the game is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Burgerman after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
